The showers have begun!

With just 10.5 weeks go to, the timing of my first shower couldn't be better.  Just as I was starting to panic about having NOTHING for this little guy, I was showered with love and very generous gifts that have made us feel so much more organized!

The weekend kicked off with a spa day with my work girls at Cavallo Point.   Such a treat.  And then a lovely shower thrown by my mom's friends at MacArthur Park in Palo Alto.  The them was "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" / books in general and we got a ton of great reads to start Mr. Maddex's first book collection.     The crib has been ordered, the paint is almost done.  Odds and ends are starting to be purchased.... this is all really happening!
